  • 11 oz vanilla chocolate chips
  • 4 oz vegan marshmallow crème

Instructions

  2. Heat over medium while stirring until the sugar dissolves and mixture reaches a boil.
  3. Boil without stirring until the temperature hits 245°F (118°C).
  4. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  5. Mix in vegan marshmallow crème and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. Fold in chopped pecans ensuring they are evenly coated.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
