  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter completely and stir in cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add melted butter/cocoa mixture along with vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For decoration, fill a small ziplock bag with melted white chocolate and pipe onto cooled brownies in a spider web pattern.
