  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp by peeling and deveining it. Cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Marinate the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add marinated shrimp and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes until pink.
  6. Stir in asparagus and mushrooms; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  7. Add remaining soy sauce; mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste; drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry before serving.
