  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 6 small cucumbers
  • 8 sprigs fresh dill
  • 4 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons pickling spice

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Wash cucumbers and cut into spears. Pack them into jars.
  3. Add dill sprigs, sliced garlic, and pickling spices to the jars.
  4. Pour the cooled brine over the cucumbers until fully covered. Seal jars tightly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before enjoying.
