  • 2.5 oz beef rinds (approx. 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

  2. Cut the zucchini into matchsticks, leaving some peel on for added texture.
  3. In a bowl, mix together eggs and heavy cream to create an egg wash.
