  • 1 box favorite cake mix
  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy Melts for coating
  • Sprinkles and candy eyes for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with vegetable spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil at medium speed for about 2 minutes until well combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  4. Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine pieces in a large bowl.
  5. Mix in the frosting until fully combined.
  6. Roll mixture into small balls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Melt Candy Melts in a microwave-safe bowl using short intervals.
  8. Dip one end of each stick into melted Candy Melts before inserting it into each chilled cake ball.
  9. Once firm, dip each pop into melted Candy Melts completely and add decorations while still wet.
