  • 6 cups radishes (sliced into rounds)
  • 2 cups red onion (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine prepared radishes, red onion, and jalapeño.
  2. Pack the mixture tightly into two quart-size jars.
  3. In a measuring cup, mix rice apple vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
