  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup hot coffee
  • 2 cups shredded kataifi dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup pistachio cream
  • 4 oz milk chocolate bar
  • ½ cup heavy cream

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, milk, and vegetable oil; whisk until combined.
  4. Pour in hot coffee and mix until smooth.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool before preparing the filling by toasting kataifi with butter and mixing it with pistachio cream.
  7. Create ganache by melting chocolate with heavy cream in the microwave; whisk until smooth.
