  • 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups imitation crab (chopped)
  • 34 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 34 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • green onions (for garnish)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place sliced wonton wrappers on a baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds if desired. Bake for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend room temperature cream cheese and heavy cream with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each wonton chip, then top with chopped imitation crab.
  5. Drizzle sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil over the nachos.
