  • 3 packages instant ramen noodles (without flavor packets)
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
  • ½ cup diced sweet yellow onion
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons regular soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice apple vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • ¼ teaspoon white ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 thinly sliced green onion (optional garnish)
  • ½ tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauces, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, and white pepper. Set aside.
  2. Boil water in a saucepan and cook the ramen noodles for 1-2 minutes; drain and rinse.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken until done. Remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté vegetables in remaining oil until tender; add garlic and ginger.
  5. Return chicken to skillet; add noodles and sauce. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve hot with optional garnishes like green onions or sesame seeds.
