  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  4. Place marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, shaking halfway.
  5. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Serve with extra sweet chili sauce if desired.
